Great GF flour - remember to always sift
Absolutely love this gluten-free flour however you must sift before using. My last purchase contained matter (overflow from the sifter I was told) never seen before and was glad was it didnt go into the cake.

Item doused with perfume
Item arrived in an unusual pack different from the one you normally send it in. It was wet halfway down the pack only for me to start smelling perfume. It turns out the content is doused in perfume, making it unsafe for consumption. Have sent email and photos but no follow up. There’s no way on earth anyone should consume item soaked in perfume.
