Choc Mocha Coconut Custard
- 500gr of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon on vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
- 60gr coconut sugar
- 30grams of Green Banana Resistant Starch
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of coffee (liquid, reserve some from your morning brew!)
- 2 tablespoons of drinking chocolate
- All in ingredients into a saucepan, high heat and continuous stirring until mixture becomes a well combined thicker consistency (generally takes 10-12mins).
- Set aside and allow to cool.
