AUMy take-everywhere ointment!
I have used banana ointment for a few years now, ever since my lovely massage lady used it during my treatment. I would not be without it now. It works almost instantly to relieve my knee, shoulder and ankle areas - if I catch them before they get too painful. Sometimes before bed as a relief overnight. I now have a pot that I carry with me - especially if I need it at work where I am on my feet for long periods.
