So easy to make! The skill is in the cooking - I only cooked them on one side and they turned out perfect!! Dairy free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free paleo!
Ingredients
- 100gr Natural Evolution Ultimate Gluten Free Baking Flour
- 250gr rice/similar milk
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- 20gr coconut oil.
Method
- Mix ingredients very well.
- Set aside in fridge for 30 minutes (with thicken slightly)
- In a medium heat non stick pan spoon in mixture and cook.
- Enjoy as desired!
