I haven’t tried it yet but I’m so pleased to see this. I’m allergic to gluten and have also taken Nightshades out of my diet due to a possible allergy. I have come across a few recipes that call for a lot of different flours but have been unable to find the flour in the shops. So nice to have something that is grown and milled in Australia. I have problems with a lot of the nut flours as they are quite often milled in places that mill wheat and other grains. I don’t know if you’ve ever come across Tigernut flour, the name is a bit of a misnomer as they are actually a tuber. I wonder how well they would grow here. I just watched Landline and discovered you existed, I will be getting out my recipe books and buying some of your products. Just brilliant, keep up the good work.

Just made some brownies with this fantastic flour and they tasted great. It’s a good feeling knowing there’s some good nutritional value in anything I make with this flour. As an emergency service shift worker, the smallest packet of flour means no matter where or when I’m stuck at work, I have a healthy meal; just add water! You could easily package this flour as an instant meal, even for bushwalking or camping. Brilliant product!
