Directions
  • Simply take this flour and replace any wheat flour recipe; reduce the flour by 25%. If the recipe calls for 1 cup of wheat flour, use ¾ of a cup of Natural Evolution Multi-Purpose Gluten Free Dough Mix.
  • Tips: Use oil to keep the mixture moist. Mix very well. Thick sticky batter, rather than a dough.
