- Cream butter and sugar.
- Mix in both eggs well.
- Add cinnamon and cloves, mix well.
- Gradually mix in flour.
- Scoop out mixture roughly 8cm apart on paper lined tray (if your hands are damp mixture rolls better).
- With wet thumb indent top of biscuits.
- Scoop in blueberry jam (or something of your liking).
- Bake at 180C for 18 minutes or until ready.
